Got a Greddy exhaust in a trade but the muffler was cracked right where the piping meets the back of the muffler. Wanted to kno if this muffler is repairable and would it perform the same or at least nearly. I have a brand new Tunabe axle back but would take some modding and I was gonna sell it anyways to get the last few parts that I need for my build.

Sounds like it would be able to be welded together but there's no way of knowing without pictures.

 

yeah it sounds like its fixable... take it down to a exhaust shop or machine shop and have them weld up the crack for you. if its just a crack and they weld it properly it shouldnt have any problems at all.

 

well i had a guy come by and offer me 60 for it meaning I made 60 and I can use my brand new Tunabe turbo muffler in place off the Greddy muffler. Greddy turbo exhaust with Tunabe turbo muffler not bad i guess

 

go to a muffler shop and if that doesnt work, hit up a specialty welding shop and im sure they can fix it
