B16A vs. B18A trannies

I have a 91 teggy with a B16A swap and I am using the stock Ls tranny. Would it be better to look for a B16A tranny or keep the long geared Ls.
P.S. want to turbo but still think should swap?

If you plan on boosting your fine. If not the ls tranny sucks for all motor.
