ok another documentation of my aluminum welding.
the top is before i bought the 00 oxy/acetylene tip. too much heat
the bottom is the first try with the 00 tip. pretty big different huh. next is my
intercooler piping. im pretty happy with my first inch of using
a 00 tip. i stopped right away and came inside to show eveyone.

 

Those are some MASSIVE pics. A little blurry, but I can see what you're pointing out. There's a little bit of a difference there :-D much better than I could possibly pull off.

 

the pics resized automatically for me. dang it. that sucks. but you get the point.
and my aluminum control should only get better now that i have the right equipment.
