Im currently in the process of having my d16y8 block honed out for a rebuild. the machine shop charges $99 to turn the crank, since it spun a bearing (hence, rebuild). Im on a very tight budget. I have a SOHC ZC engine block that is in perfect shape, and im going to use those pistons/rods in my d16y8 block, will i be able to use the SOHC ZC crank? they are both 1.6L engines, it *should* work, but im not entirely sure. does anybody know for certain?

btw, the d16y8 block came with a spun crank and no pistons/rods
