How much boost do you plan on running, cause a jdm d16y8 can only take 8psi of jdm boost just so you know so it all depends on if the srt4 is jdm? If its jdm then make sure the turbo matches the srt4 jdm serial code to ensure it can run 8psi of jdm boost, then ur all set. You get it? Did that answer your question?

Hahaha, the answer is no. The SRT-4 turbo is a turbo-fold, meaning the manifold and turbine housing are one piece kinda/sorta. You can get get a turbine housing to fit an SRT-4 turbo, but you would have way to much money wrapped up in polishing a turd of a turbo by that point. The SRT-4 turbo also blows a lot of hot air after about 270 wheel horsepower, some might make more, but they usually don't last long.
