does any one know the advantages or disadvantages of recirculating your bov

To where? You can route it to the turbo inlet

NOT recirculating....
advantages... you hear your blow off valve!
Disadvantages...you pass Cali inspections.

you will not notice any performance gains or losses.

on a map sensor car yes there will be no drive ability issues but next time you see a dsm with a draw through maf pass you shift and spit a flame its because he has vented his bov and his car goes pig rich for a second as he vents all the air his maf just said should be going to the engine.

i disagree if u have a HMT in ur car in cali u not passing ---- lol .. unless u live in the counties that dont require smog testing ..

and soo pretty much it doesnt matter where ur BOV is vented then huh ? well for an engine with a map in it ....
