Tranny for turbo

What would be the best tranny for a D-series turbocharged? I heard about the GSR tranny on a B-series turbocharged, I was just wondering if maybe there might be something similar for a d-series.

Physcially, No.. the gears are similar, one is a l3 tranny and the other is a p20/s20 tranny
