sorry to sound simple but new to honda more a nissan man but i have a d16y7 i want to go turbo with and have seen Vitara/FJT posted a few times just wondered what it means

 

you need to search *** hole but ill spoon feed you anyways because i feel nice today. vitara is pistons from a suzuki vitara and fjt is a company that makes custom rods to fit the vitara pistons into your d-series engine. now with vitara pistons and fjt rods yyour d-series block is able to withstand ~400hp
