He wrote me a bad check and now i got alot of problems with my bank account. I suggest not dealing with him cause you will GET RIPPED OFF.

 

 

How much was the check for... cause banks tend to get ---- about this kinda ---- especially if the check came from a closed account, or the checks were reported stolen... this happend to me once... with gay *** bank of america. They closed my account within 3 days of me depositing it... Thats why i now take any check straight to the bank it is beeing funded by and checking to see if it has funds.

But I can understand you beeing pissed.... make him pay any charges or anything.. its only fair.

 

That's why checks are a thing of the past. Checks sucks either use p.o money orders or paypal.

 

It was for 70 dollars for the 450 injectors he's selling in his kit. He said he'd give me 5 extra bucks to do it via COD. i told him i wanted a money order and he said he went to the bank and got it. so i sent the COD thinking i was getting a MO back but i got a check instead. and when i cashed it i didn't think nothing of it. i didn't have 70 dollars in my checking at the time that the bank found out that it was bad and they went to take 70 out of checking and it wasn't there so now i have bad credit from that and they are charging me service fee's out the ***.

 

Your checking account doesn't affect your credit rating unless you leave it with a negative balance for like 3-4 months and never pay it. It's one of those "We won't report your credit worthiness unless you ---- us and then we will rape your ***" things. But I know what you're saying. It's still fucked and by the time you pay all those damn fees and ---- you will have lost money on the whole deal.
