Default safe boost with afc hack

how much is safe, im not talking about too high, im talking about too low, i heard someone talking about if you go to low its not safe for some reason i cant remember. i would like to run 6 daily, what do i need to do this, just adjust the settings? tryin to get some answers before i put everything together.

i have never seen that movie but i have been tryin to buy the dvd since like july, and now its finally rereleased!!! im buying it tommorow, mang.
