I got a 90 mig flux welder for doing some exhaust work and some charge pipe work. I got some money saved up for extra stuff.

hey a welders a welder.... not all of us are rich... and ----... so we make use with what we have... if your just gonna use it for that then its good.... at least you have your own welder... not like me... i have to go out and rent one evertime i need it...

cool. i got one to.

now i will tell you this. if you havent welded before your welds are gonna look like absolute ----.

u wont be able to weld exhaust because u will blow holes.

get used to the settings and also i will give you a tip on those.

ALWAYS notch the 2 pieces your welding for better penetration

start the bead in the middle then join it up on both sides, dont go fast either.

with my electric now i can lay a bitching bead that looks tig'ed i did one on my oilpan yesterday, shiet.

 

o yeah also. try to cover your arms up.. u will burn em with the UV that comes off the welder.

my whole face got toasted once and it all peeled and ----, very nasty. dont wear goggles! lol
