Buying Springs H&R or Neuspeed

Finally decided to buy lowering springs for my integra. I am going to go with a small sport drop but which of these two is better?

thats what i have Neuspeed. i think there ok. it doesn't jump all over the place. actually if i think about it, i can't even recall it bouncing that much.

no, they are not the same springs, H&R and neuspeed split up over 5 years ago. I'd go with H&R
