Factory B16a intake manifold chopped, with a large tube cut in half then welded in.



The end cap beau was quite proud off.



Some nice porting work to make sure everything flows sooo sooo smooth :P



And finally... yes beau did his first nice bead of welding aluminum. Good job!

Looks bitchn'. Do you guys do any flow tests afterwards to see what the difference is or do you just hope for the best? Now all you need is a 84mm throttle body. :P

All I know is that if I need something welded I am driving up north.

 

I hate when i run out of argon.. Seems like its always in the middle of something too.. I even have spare bottle.. But my lazy *** doesn't keep it full..

i only made the welds on the thottle bodie end of the manifold the rest was done by a professional
