Default T3 .48 Exhaust Housing

Ok here is my dilema. I have a T3 .48/60 turbo. The standard thunderbird turbo. Unfortunately, I went to clock the turbo and I broke two bolts plus there were 3 broken on the flange side when I got it. I've taken the exhaust housing into the machine shop to have the bolts removed but I've been referred out to another shop because apparently they can't drill out the bolts? I'll be speaking to the second shop shortly and depending on what I hear it may be simpler and less expensive just to get another exhaust housing. If you have one hit me up and we'll talk... I'm located in Langley, B.C. V1M 3X2.

Alright, it would appear that its going to cost more to have the broken bolts removed than what the housing is worth so if anyone has one available let me know.

Does it have to be a standard 5-bolt outlet? I have one sitting around thats a 5-bolt but a little more spaced out, I think its like a saab outlet. I can get a pic if you want, only want like $20 plus shipping.

hey thanks man... I found a saab .48 exhaust housing today at the junk yard. I've done the swap but the turbine binds in the exhaust housing for some reason. I believe the t-bird turbine should fit inside the saab exhaust housing and it does some what until I bolt the thing down. If I can't get it sorted I'll be in touch with you about your housing. PITA

Did you remember to put the turbine heat shield back on? That'll make it bind up quicker than ----. Also, scrape around where the bearing housing sits in the turbine housing. If it has lots of residue the inducer of the turbine will scrape or bind too. Yeah it should absolutely fit. Both the T-bird and Saab use the 68-trim turbine.
