Default nozzle gel for mig gunz

anyone use this ----? i suck at welding and get splatter in my nozzle n ---- and have to scrape it out every few beads, i think this is what this is made for? does it f up your weld if you get it on the wire?

Take the nozzle off and dip it in.

Or you could just shove it in, make sure you clog the diffuser and get it all over the wire, because that would be a great weld. (sarcasm)

how about turning up the voltage a little
I can make very consistent weld that contain almost no spatter. It's all about wire speed vs. voltage vs. metal thickness.
Dial in the welder and get better welds and cleaner whip.


BTW: I never use that gel stuff, its probably good to use for dual-shield mig, but for normal mig i dont think it's necessary.

they work except the first weld leaves some black residues....BUT it does reduce the amount of spatter...you got a gas don't you ?
