turbobob68 introduction YOU GUYS ROCK!

Hello, I'm turbobob68
The reason that I am so interested in this site is that I'm a true hotrodder.
I don't like writingf big checks and having to have someone figure things out for me. I enjoy helping others and am totaly hooked on BOOST. My first venture to
turbocharging was a blow thru chevy 406 with twin To4bs. S-3 compressor wheels 60a/r COLD, t4 twin inlet o trim turbine wheel .94 exhaust. I get great enjoyment from making things myself and much satisfaction if the work. If they don't work then I need to know more. Ebay is my source of many, if not all of my component purchases. Component parts are purchased upon the bang for the buck theory. I read a lot of tech stuff not for myself but for others to help sole problems. I have HP Tuners , OBD1 tuning stuff, and even purchased
a mega squirt. The megasquirt was purchased with the hardboard wired. I'm
self employed and my hobby must take second stage to my job and family. I'm
a true believer in ,that, if you want to know/do something that you can find the knowledge on the internet. My current car is an original 68 Camaro rs/ss
same turbos as the blow thru, but with a HOLLEY Stealth Ram,all 4340 shortblock, 10.0 compression,65# injectors,1000 cfm throttle body, twin air to water intercoolers,Comp Cams biggest NOS cam, with 1.6 roller rockers.
The ignition and fuel maps are controlled with a Stage3 Retrotect Speed
(Professional Products) self learning computer. This computer has helped me understand fuel mapping and spark curves that will allow me to tune OBD2
computers with my HP Tuners and help my friends. I have a universal knock
sensor/scanner from the UK and a Labontee Water/Meth water injection controller. I quess what it all boils down to is I want to be a Tuner when I retire from Landscaping. I do not take great satisfaction in the fact that I
have all the tuning stuff. But it will allow me to have the go to stuff when I'm trying to help someone else. We do all our own fabrication on our builds and just purchase silicon connectors and band clamps. I will help ANYBODY! and take great enjoyment is seeing them smile when its done.
