Slow turbo build

Hey guys, New member from Southern California here. I been reading up and gathering parts for my turbo build for over 2 years. I know it's been a bit but you know the older you get your priorities change. I am thinking of boosting both of my cars just don't know when it will happen. I have 1996 SC300 w/ a R154 transmission swap (89-92 Turbo Supra 5 speed) and parts waiting to go in. Plans on this was to do a 1jz swap but I would rather keep the torque and just boost the NA engine. I picked up a second engine for 100 bucks and figured I would do all the work on it and then drop it in. Rebuild was a complete overhaul, new rings, new bearings, oil pump, water pump, honed, thicker head-gasket, 272 cams, springs, retainers, and then I picked up a mortgage putting a pretty good stop in car founds. I need to get some lash caps and my head is complete, but still need some other parts to drop in the engine.
What I currently have for my turbo build is:
MasterPower T70 with a .96 exhaust housing, RC 1000cc injectors, 3 pump fuel system, CX racing 4" core intercooler, 3" piping, 100mm TB, XS racing exhaust manifold braced, XS racing waste gauge (for now), HKS blow off valve, Mega Squirt standalone and I am sure there are some other parts.
I have been keeping my build pretty quiet on the Lexus forum and only a couple friends know what is going on in the garage until it's completed. I hope I can help out anyone with questions and pick up a couple things here and there.
