New to Forced Induction

Hello All....so I have a 98 Civic Coupe with a d16y7 all stock....It's a DD for me...and It's in really decent shape....So The headers are cracked, and the exhaust has a small leak all of a sudden as well...The headers are beyond welding...and the exhaust really isn't that big of a leak to fix....So getting to my point...i'm going to replace the headers and probably throw a new exhaust on as well anyway, and I have a Y8 Intake manifold that I'm going to put on eventually, so I thought why not I look into getting a small Turbo...Now like i said it;s a DD and I really am not looking for anything over 220....200 would be sufficient. I have tried to do some research, and I have seen this Greddy mentioned a few times-TD04H_16T. I think that also if I put the y8 injectors which are 240cc if I'm not mistaken in the y7 I have which are 180cc will that be enough to support my setup?....I want something quick spooling low end power....I'm not drag racing at night, I just want a little extra ponies during the day, I.E. pull out into traffic beat a red light....just run up and down my local highway once and a while....now i think the Greddy TD04H_16T has an internal gate...and all I really know is that it looks like a dinky little flap to me....but if I run higher boost will that not make the flap have less stress?....I have also heard mention of a stock nissan turbo that may suit my needs.....If anyone can shed some light on this idea of mine I would appreciate it....I know that I would have to step down to OBD-1 and get fuel maps burned on among other things.....I also don't want a loud 4" exhaust so every cop in the world will pull me over....thanks again for any input...Here's what she looks like...;D

I wouldn't use the 240 cc/min injectors for more than 150 hp on a turbo application.

Not necessarily. Keep in mind that higher boost means more pressure in the exhaust and higher flow rates. Often this requires more flow through the wastegate, not less. I wouldn't expect the wastegate flap to break.
