New to the site and looking for advice! I have done some research and already have a running turbo setup, but I didn't build it. I want to restore and rebuild my car with a mix of high quality/hand built parts. Any advice is appreciated.

My current setup is an 88 CRX HF with a D16Z6 swap with an Emusa Turbo kit (Ebay 50 Trim). I have a limited budget, but my goal is reliability and safety. I want to add AC and switch the manifold. I also want to check my Oil restrictor as I have heard that Ebay turbos often die due to starvation.
