Hi everyone!

In October, I bought my first turbocar - a dandy 1988 Chrysler LeBaron 2.2 turbo convertible. It's a well maintained machine with only 61544 miles. I knew the folks who had it previously and told them if they ever wanted to sell it.. well, the rest is now history.

It's a fun driver that has a surprizing amount of get-up-and-go. On the way to work (a 35 mile drive on country roads), it delivers the power to get out and pass others when needed with just a little right foot pressure. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can drive it again! I'm trying to keep it off the salty snow covered roads - it's just too nice to turn into a rust bucket.

Found this site while surfing for turbo facts and this looks like the place to be. I didn't know anything about turbos before this car so I'm eager to learn. I want to keep it more or less stock to keep it's good mileage for the work commute.

Anybody else out there with Chrysler powered turbos?

JK
