Smile D16 Turbo injector question

I have a 95 civic EX coupe 5 speed D16y7 block w/D16z6 VTEC head w/ stock internals. I'm looking to install a TD04H Greddy turbo, my ideal max HP is around 180 with 10 pounds of boost(6-8 ideally) for the longevity of the engine. Want something better than stock.
So my question is: Do I need to change the fuel injectors for bigger ones or will stock ones work(stock is 240cc?) if so 320cc or 420cc?
If I do need to change injectors to bigger ones any idea the fuel MPG? Driving habits do play a role( heavy right foot and hills vs flat)just general.
I'm also aware of a good tune will work wonders.
Any info will greatly be appreciated.
Thanks Tony

For 180 hp at the crank, I'd want around 36 lb/hr or 360 cc/min injectors. While you can coax a little more fuel through the stock injectors with more fuel pressure, getting enough pressure to make the stock injectors flow 360 cc/min is going to be like running 98 psi base fuel pressure - I'm not sure the stock injectors are even going to open at that point. So you need bigger injectors here.

With a proper tune, the injector size won't significantly hurt fuel economy. Without a proper tune - well, that isn't going to fit your longevity goal either. A turbo itself won't have a huge effect on fuel economy if you can control the urge to use the boost. That's a big if, though.
