what are your opinions? they both have about the same hp and torqe and the z6 is cheaper right? also how hard is it to wire a dx to the z6 obd-1 or sould I just use an a6 manifold?

 

i say do the z6, my little bros car used to have a dohc zc and it ran a slower time thatn with the z6. His is rewired obd1 and using p28, that is where the only drawback is i think (obd conversion). you could just go obd0 but then rigging all that v-tec switch is kind of a bitch too, my buddy never got his to run right.

 

do a z6 parts seem to be more plentyfull.

 

doesn't vtec just need a power wire with a swich or rpm activated swich with obd 0?

i believe the things you listed is all you need but how well is a p06 with a switch gonna run a mini-me is the question? i'm sure some people have had success with it but how well does it run?

My mini-me is in a Del Sol so it was cake walk compared to the obd0 guys. maybe if you supplemented the obd0 set up with a vafc
