zc questions
i have a zc in my 89 rex and ive already gone thru a distributor tps and cas i know these distributors suck so is there any upgrades for them or avalible parts to fix them myself.i also have used a si ecu and i notice a little hesitation at low idle could this be the problem. is the 88-89 teg ecu the ideal for the zc

actually a JDM Si ecu is IDEAL, but the teg works better. what DIST are you using?

PM7 is the best for the ZC, but it has a speed Govenor at 112mph
PG7 88-89 teg ecu (5speed) is the most common ecu, and works just fine with the DOHC ZC. Jeff |

yes i also need some help with performance or things i can do to my zc if you have any help it would be great and hey if you know of any ecu's for sale for a teg please let me know i need one.

Most D-series ---- fits on the ZC, Pistons/Rods/headers etc..
Valve train componets are hard to find for the ZC.. HKS billet cams are ------- bank. Get some regrinds done, and you can also use B-series adj cam gears. Jeff |
