will there be any trouble bolting the two together?

Re:ZC motor swap
No, a D series is a D series...
Just make sure you get a 92+ flywheel and clutch. or use your old flywheel and clutch combo... is your zc obd0 or obd1? if is obd0 you might run into some problems... |
Re:ZC motor swap
if you can get the obd-1 zc.

Re:ZC motor swap
Your distributor will have to be "custom" fitted unless you're using the ZC distributor and then you will have to swap a couple wires for the cam angle sensor.

Re:ZC motor swap
i have a obd0 zc in my 92 hatch, it was definately not worth the hassle to get it in. just go z6 or ls. that's what i would go with if i had to do it again.

I just bought a ZC OBD0 and Iam planning to put it into my EK that was OBD2 d15z6 I heard that i just need to plug the obd) and leave the rest unwired and it will be fine.. why you had problems? |
