zc install in my 89crx SI

k i used my 89 si harness and distibutor the car runs and drives ok...i need to hook up the sensor on my exhaust cam but my si distributer(7 wire round plug) has that sensor in it....i never hooked up the exhaust cam sensor and i only got code 7(tps)and the car ran good... now i cut the two wires blue/yellow and blue/green from the si round clip harness and hook it up to the exhaust cam sensor on the zc...it runs the same if not better but now i get a code 9 now...should i just use the one in the distributer and forget about the zc exhaust cam sensor or like hook up both..lol.??

well its built into the si dist so its no big deal. I just dont like using the si dist on the zc becuase the pattern doesnt line up on the head

its very easy to make some small brackets to make the SI distributor fit the ZC head. I had a few cam angle sensors go out on my zc so I was tired of that bullshit and just left in my SI distributor and it worked fine.
