zc head gasket???
i have a zc engine in my crx and i need to put on a new head gasket. i ordered the gasket for the 89 integra which is supposed to be a perfect match, and when i got it none of the oil holes, cylinders, or water holes matched up. even the bolt holes didn't line up. i need a gasket for the zc asap but now have no clue as to which one to get. i know that hks sells one for the zc engine but i only want an oem gasket because i don't have that much to spend on a head gasket.

i don't know if this makes a difference, but there were two different zc's (brown top and black top) i don't know the years for them, i don't know if the head gaskets would be different or maybe they gave you the wrong part.

i have the black top zc and every site says that the 89 integra gasket is a match and it was not even close. we checked the part number 3 times and it still came up the same, as a 89 integra gasket. i need a gasket asap, any help would be geatly appreciated!

. do you have your old head gasket? if so take it where you ordered the new one from and tell them that is exactly what you need

i tried the gasketin every direction posible but nothing lined up. i took my blown head gasket to autozone and none of the 86-89 gaskets matched it. i ordered a performance mls gasket from cometic and it blew out in 2 day, so i figured i did something wrong and ordered another and it only lasted 3 weeks, by this time i was very frustrated and gave them a call, and their engineer straight up told me that their zc head gasket " sucks ***". so now i just need an oem gasket that will fit and can't find one. need help!

hey if you are sure that it will fit the jdm zc engine, then that sounds great. find out the exact amount you need to purchase the gasket and ship it then through in a couple of dollars for your help and it sounds like a plan. if you can take paypal, that would be the easiest way for me to pay, but i am sure we can figure something out. thank you so much for the help!
