Re: z1 head
What's the stock redline on a z1 motor? That's usually a pretty good indication of how high you can spin your motor Rpm's are generally limited to whatever the valvetrain can safely handle with honda motors. Usually the bottoms are balanced pretty well, and I've seen plenty of stock z6 bottoms that will take 8k on a daily basis. Again, it all depends on the head.

the stock valve train will be able to handle a bit more then what is restricted for them. But it doesn't mean the motor is still making power. Only a dyno will show you peak power through the rpms and the limits of you motor. You can take a redline of 6.2 and rev that motor to 8.9 no problem.....but all you need is one valve to float or miss....then click click click. Keep it safe at a safe rpm...then dyno it.

I studied that damn thing tryin to see if I could transfer over some of the parts but its really a paper weight

Its good for the valve cover and solenoid
get yourself a z6 head and make 30+ more hp and have a powerband to 7200+
