Default y7 to y8 mani... Heelpp!!

Well i got off work early yesterday and swapped my y7 to a y8 intake mani. took like a few hours max.. and it all went good . except that i had to re-use the y7 throttle body cuz the tps on the y8 was fucked.. and i couldnt get it off of there. So i just swapped the spring and the thing for the throttle cable and it all worked.. started right up idle fine .. still through a code tho which was ignition ouput signal .. and i remember i blew that doin my turbo timer and didnt have the right one at the autoparts store so i stuck a 60a in there. worked fine. Anyways i took it for a test drive like around the block and stuff.. and i was like 2 blocks away and i saw no oil pressure.. so i shut the car off coasted .. then pushed it home.. i didnt tighten down the compresseion fittin on the oil pressure gauge and it all sprayed out so i had no oil ..

Sooo today i went to pep boys got a new fitting and oil and the right fuse.. then i went to start it .. starts right up still had a code .. so i figured it didnt clear yet. well i went to rev it up and it wont go past like 2500 and it just wont it like flutters and ---- . so i took my chip out and put it back in . and checked the code .. its ether 7 or 8 i didnt know if i should count the last one that stayed on . but i think it might have to do with my wiring to my injecters since they really got moved around during the swap and ---- their in line too.. but ive had issues with them commin loose since i dont have 1g clips. and the car idles and barely runs. .. What do you think?? maybe somethings caked in oil ..lol who knows

It was the injector clip on one of them.. I through a little solder back on there and it let me bring it over 2500 rpms. But i still have that code. Think i might have fucked the coil up with having the wrong fuse in there? or a least burnt it up and its going bad. I do have the correct 40a fuse now and oil and injectors.. and its drivable but with like hessitation somtime.
