WTF? So my trannys stuck motionless?
So ive owned a few diff hondas and went through 2 or 3 trannys.. i KNOW when a tranny goes, But this time my new hatch is diff. Its a 91 Hatch, Si and it has a old school b18a1 and it DEFFINITLY needs new axles the *** i got it from put ABS axles in it.. and the Cv's are ----... ANyways... I was needing gas and went to park it next to my old hatchback on the side of the house to jack some gas anyways... and while moving my car into place the car went to what feels like a permanent!!!!! nuetral ? No grind, pop, sqeel, NO SOUNDS AT ALL.... tranny NEVER grinded or had ANY problems... i had have expeiranced the axles poppin out b4 and i tried poppin these back in and making sure there not out.. but even when i put the car up on jacks and put the car in first the tires will spin.. BUT i can have me and a friend hold both tires while moving and stop them " IN GEAR " its like the clutch is slipping BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but it NEVER slipped a bit b4 while driving it.... Currently the tranny is dangling off my motor in the driveway just THINKING about what the ---- to do
?? fingers stuck on the pressure plate?,,,,theres no parts in there from the plate or clutch ? HELP oh yeah and THANX for rwading this whole " story"....

Sooooooooo yeah.. im getting a bunch of views but no input DAMN! lol 
i need SOME kind of help... tranny WAS and IS still!!!!!! so ------- smooth and quite with no grinds it SURLEY seems like the trannys still good... it just INSTANTLY from reverse the first went from in gear to NUETRAL for good now.. i let it sit for a few days and went to give it a try and i started to let out of the clutch in first and the car BUDGED!!!!!!!! forward maybe 2 inches then wont move again.. like..? i dunno.. it WANTSSSSSSS to grip and ingage but WTF.. i have no clue?

Check the linkage bolts, maybe they are waaaaay too tight. I had the same problem but mine was ---- motor mounts. It would go in gear while it wasnt running, but not while it was. Wouldnt even come out of gear while running. It was also a 91 hatch if that helps.

No.. not the linkages... i just had a small battle with those... couldnt find the lil pin to lock the linkage and the tranny so i bolted it and it had WAY too much slack and never went in gear... :1 dumb *** i know but yeah linkages are good u can see and hear and even "feel" it go into gear lol.... its 100% slipping SOMEWHERE.. i mean the wheles move just with no power to them... they will spin fast but never speed up even in gear with throttle.. AND u can hold them so i dunno.. the disc. question i DUNNO ? i got the motor IN the car as a lil package deal 
... gay part is the kids a total ------- idot it just saved me time ... But yeah the tranny is currently kinda just " HANGING " in there.. on a jack,,, i havnt had time to go back out intot he ------- snow and freeze sum more...ANYWAYS... if the splines maybe spun off or what? but it STILL doesnt make sound while in gear or even when u hold the tires in gear... the instant it broke it just sounded and felt like someone pushed the clutch in from under the car and i didnt feel a thing im PRETTTTTTTy positive its not hte tranny because how damn smooth it was and still sounds... but while its out i gues smy christmas bonus $$$ from work will go to clutch n plate n axles.... i just dont know? im gunna go smoke the problems away for tonight and wait until the $$ comes in....
