wrong tranny mount ? (pics)
ive been trying to find this clunking i get when i put power to the driveline, i was pretty sure it was a engine mount and i noticed it before, is this the correct mount? pretty sure it is but i dont know about the bolt, i think maybe theres supposed to be a stud there? cant really get at the bolt head to remove it, not even sure if its the right length, i didnt do the swap, it was swapped when i got the car, its a 96 civic with a b18b
from the back side pointing foward

i think the mount bracket is now bent, but would possibly flatten it self out, also the bolt going through the rubber isint level, it points slight up at the firewall

probly is a stock d series mount wouldnt doubt it at all with all the half-assing ive un-covered fixing stuff on this car.
previous owner also said the rear bracket was from a 99-00 si but i wouldnt doubt that was the stock/wrong piece either, car was orginally a y7 auto, just gona have to find pictures i guess and see whats what

Re: think theres a problem here - tranny mount
it was originally a automatic and im starting to think the auto tranny top braket was reused, . . do i need a braket for any 96 5 speed civic or is the Si one differnt?
part numbers seem to be the same for b or d motor, but differnt only for the auto
mine looks like it was two "high" / doesnt go low enough and like someone made it work anyways one of the bolts isint even in all the way
