Would ZC rod fit directly to Z6 block?

I'm trying to put a project motor using OEM parts. My questions is, can I use ZC or 88-89 integra rods into a D16z6 Block. I want to use the ZC or 88-89 integra (P29) piston in the setup that I'm doing but don't I want to press out the rod or should I just press them out and use just the pistons. I heard that the ZC and P29 rods are stronger then the Z6 is that true?????Help Please!!!!!

86-87 Tegs had the thicker rods, but were weaker material.

88+ D16 rods were the same.........

I have a choice of using 88-91 crx si pistons and rods, 88-89 integra or ZC pistons and rods, or press out D15B7's pistons and used my stock Z6 rods. What would you suggest and what setup would be better for daily driven thats reliable....I did a Y7 w/ an Y8 head in a civic dx coupe and its not really what I've expected. Alot of people said that its as fast as an GSR in hatch... Is that true????

ZC rods = Z6 rods.

Run whatever.

I've seen odd things that run strong walk all over "superior" setups. No way to tell if your car can hang with a GSR swap except to race a couple of them, but it sounds like she runs strong.
