Will d15a pistons work with d15b?
I dont have a d15a laying around to compare. But are the blocks the same deck height? Is there any difference in the pistons?
I found some forged d15a pistons and was wondering if I would use them in myUSDM/JDM d15b Im building....
Link to the pistons.

D15A = 84-87 EW motors..........so I doubt they will work IF they are correctly listed.........

i had to have my old ew motor bore to 75 to be able to drop some a1 pistons in it. like mista bone said if they are listed right and a d15a is a ew piston then they wont fit. unless it is an overbore piston

Who the ---- is smoking crack here

traction, lay off the pipe, your really wacked now.
Wrist pin is the same diameter, .7480" and press fit.
Like I said, ask people like Tom on RPR, these guys build and race the little motors.
i didn't relise that i meant 74mm. and if they are a 75mm bore than they will work because i had d16 pistons in my overbored ew motor
edit: bone i edited my other posts. and i would see if you can find someone on rpr that has and old pistons that they can send to you so that you can compare the height

Either that or look at his engine sponser on his GT-5 car and ask them.
Paul G. @ HASport might know also since he runs the small motor in GT4/GT5 now called GTLite.
