Does anyone know where i can buy the jdm LSD trans that will work with my d16z6. i was gonna buy a obx, but if i can find a place that sells jdm trannys and sells the LSD D15 trans then that would work better.

Good luck. Plus D-Series factory LSDs are known for being a little weak. Get a OBX. Sounds weird but the shitty company has a good product. I love mine.

Two of buddies run them without a problem, one of them pushing 230 whp. I've been looking for one myself but they are so rare.

Yea ive been doing some research and im come to the conc. im just gonna get a obx, i asked my buddy that ownx his own shop how hard he thinks it whould be to do it and he said its ****, so ill buy a obx, Bumble what difference do you feel with the lsd now then before

LSD is one of the best investments I have ever made!!!

The whole feeling of cornering and launching is WAY better. Freeway offramps are sooo much fun. You can dive into it hard, push through the curve, and with a slight bit of gas is tightens up, not slides to the top.

Obvisouly launching on 2 wheels is better then 1!!!! And no more Pegleg burnouts.

230whp isn't that much . Take it any higher then 260 and I think you'll see problems. Many Honda trannys don't like there diff pins at this point. So survive, some don't. I did a lot of research before I bought my LSD, and one of the first things I ruled out was th ZC LSD Tranny because of the stories of it being weak.

88-91 will eat stock diff pins, 92+ survive just fine..........

But in the 92+ the spider gears become the weak point, My D15 has ate 2 trannys this way, on NA power at that!

Is there even 92+ D-Series LSD Trannies? The on D Tranny I know of is the DOHC ZC one, and if it was offered in the 92+ year DOHC ZC the engine alone is rare. Good luck with finding that tranny.
