Wheels shake violently under load
 

If I let off the gas they stop, but when I get on it, they start shaking so bad. IT's embarrassing not to mention annoying. Anybody know what the deal is and how to fix it?

cv joints it may be...

take a look at the bushing in your suspenion parts. if they're all worn out that may also be it.

wheel bearings? i dunno. loose wheels? lol

I was told it might be the hubs arent tight enough and they prolly need greasing? Would that be it? I'm a complete noob to suspension, so how would I go about fixing that?

if its an older car it may be very hard to get the hubs off. but the wheel bearing is in there and they will make the wheel shake... mine does a lil bit on my integra, you can see it in my dyno vid. when i let off the front tire shakes back and forth lol. the fucker is a mess to drive and i also go off the road when i hit big bumps

Well its in a 91 CRX with B16 swap....so....

i had that problem...replaced an axle and it went away.

ok, well since it is a CR
X with the B16 swap. What axels do I buy? It has hybrid axels right now. and I bought the car with the swap so I'm not sure what all was used. What do most people use and what should I replace them with? There is no possibility of it begin the hubs and bearings? I thin kim might try those first.... please let me know about the other info guys! :)

probably need a b16 inner hub, and basic crx outer hub, then whatever length axle necessary.

My wheel bearings went bad in my crx and were the casue for a poor ride something to look into. How many miles on the frotn hub assembley

I dont know hwo many miles are on these hubs. I have put 20K miles on the car since I got it last year. I'm sure it got at least 10K before I got the car from the swap. so maybe 30-40K miles??? possibly more?

What do you guys with the B16 CRX's use for axels in urs?

tires are new, just had them balanced one month ago and the shake has been there for a long time. :-[

so I should use 90-93 teg axels for my car? The entire axel or what?
