I have turbo 99 Prelude with stock internals. I currently have a cast log type exhaust manifold. I am looking at these two, trying to see what is best for flow, but cant tell which flows better.

Of the ones you posted the drag is better, but neither is good. Talk to evile140 about a good log or a miniram.
