this is what my problem is
 
i have a 91 b18a1 im my 88 crx i ran great then on day i went out to start it and it turned over but it didnt fire so i check my fuel pump and i had no fuel (so i changed the fuel pump) i tried to start it again and nothing (i checked for spark) i have no spark and thats where igot lost if this has happened to anyone else plaese help me out thanks mike

Turn the key to acc if you don't hear anything click under the dash and the fuel pump doesn't prime, The it's probably the main relay. it's under the dash in the drivers side floor board. It's grey. and close to the streering colum.

Also gonna go with main relay...it's a very common problem with the ED/EF chassis. The main relay's located behind the flip down change holder in the dash...9 times out of 10 you can remove it, resolder the pins on the board, pop it back in and it'll work just fine.

or rip one out of a junkyard car for between $0-$5.

i have changed out my relay and still the same problem anymore suggestions

the ecu has power to it i looked at the light in it and it cam on then about 15 seconds later it tuyned off

So when you cycle the key you don't hear the fuel pump prime?


one real quick thing you can do is inspect every fuse in both fuse boxes. and check all your grounds to.

it could be a bad ignitor to.
