Default What kind of water temps do you normally run

For those of you with water temp gauges, what kind of temps do you normally see? While cruising, (heavy load) raping.

Well I don't have a water temp gauge on my civic, but I do have one on my 78 F250 (460 engine). I really don't check it much, but when I do look it's always between 180-190. I take it out in the woods all the time and beat the ---- out of it too. It used to over heat a lot, but since I got a radiator shroud and had the radiator moved up it hasn't over heated once.
