ok, i planned on goin b16 then turbo when i had the money to do it right...but is it really worth the extra money and effort to put one in? or should i just get a d16z6 or ZC and beef it up and turbo it? i know i want boost, just dont know which is the best way to do it. most bang for my buck....i gotta beat my friends stang

gotta beat my frineds stang...heheheh

In the end you will always want more speed/boost.

If you are on a serious budget, I'd do a ZC or Y8 boosted.
If you are a jew and can find good deals, do a B16 build up. Mine took a year to put together. Was worth the $$$$.

actually friends' (plural) have 2 friends with stock GT's....anyway. been looking around, pretty much dropped the idea of b16 for now, i have the money to do a zc or z6 swap now and i am impatient ;D now i ask.....which is better for boost, zc or z6? DOHC would be nice but yet so would vtec.....or get both with b16!! I'M SO TORN!!

lets see here.. U wanna spend 500+$$ to get a zc/z6/y8 for 20-25 more HP. Why dont you build up your a6 with rods/pistons instead then booost that bitch, you'll smoke a stock zc/z6/y8 with a turbo with your boosted built a6!

Now, if you have a HF, or DX just ignore what I said and get a LS. same $$$ (maybe cheaper) for the LS and you're just a b16 and some wires and some other few things away from a GS-R like motor!

Quick ?? ... would a b16 crx beat a LS crx.?? stock motors with exxhaust? thanks!
