what does code 43 (fuel supply system) mean?

faulty injector? Need to change fuel filter? Never got this one before

Could be O2 sensor related too, using a narrowband?

it means something is wrong with your fuel supply system

i just did replaced a bunch of ----... New cap/rotor/plugs/wires/ dizzy o ring, ill try putting in a new O2 as well. The engine runs pretty good to me. Maybe i should lash the valves too

20-30 seconds off the rev limiter clears this code

Just went threw this on my 92 lx. I changed the pump injectors and ecu before changing the O2 and that fixed it.
