Ya, Xgenturbo's setup works good. there is a little to much flop in the pedal for my liking, but I'm sure if it was to be redone, now that he knows what to do and how to do it, you would never know the difference.

 

thanks a TON Shifter and Xgenturbo for all the help as well as diagrams and pics. I really appreciate it, to the rest of you sucker's, pay the extra $500 for the hydro tranny and I'll pay the $80 for my cable S1 and do this conversion. Thanks again guy's

 

Goodluck man, hope it works out for you, as for the suckers part,lol well you wont find any suckers on this board 90% of us would do this mod if we absolutly had to, obviously if you can have a choice of tranny when why not go with the easier method, but wen it comes down to you having just 1 type and no cash then these 2 mods depending on what you go with are the next best thing.

Remember this, this is the reason why I'll always be proud to be on this board. this is the only place where I can actually learn something rather than get bashed for not buying a kit/blowing money and going with the right part when the part I have will do the trick with some minor modifications.
