what can the problem be? D16 question

Well i recently fucked my motor up. I was driving the CRX Si with no freaking oil. And the engine just seized and wont start anymore. What you think the problem can be? And how much to fix?

well no oil.. crank seized to block, rods seized to crank, pistons seized to cyl walls, rockers/valvetrain all a solid chunk of metal.

start tearing it down until it free's up (if it does) and replace what you took off.

I think I would just save the time and get another motor. --use the blown one to build the livin ---- out of it. and then always check your oil.
