Want to ditch the greddy kit need advise

to start off i have a 93 hatch with a 15g greddy kit(with fmi and greedy already installed when i bought the car. the turbo started leaking and i got the normal we cant rebuild it from my local shops. its would be between 300-400$ to ship it to i also have a 2nd gen dsm sitting in my garage i can steal the t25 from. im more looking for a reliable set up all the research ive done has said...

-the greddy mani uses the t2 flange
-nissan t25s(maybe the gt28r(s)?) fit on the (greedy) flange but dsms do not
-if i use the dsm t25 i need a new mani and a custom down pipe

is it worth the rebuild or use the dsm t25 or sell my kit and start piecing together a t28 or t3/t4 set up and build up my internals?

It depends. Do you want to get similar performance and back on the road for cheap, or more performance?

Would rather get it back on the road for cheap but I don't mind spending money on my woman. the more research I do on the blue box the more I loathe having it.

I'd just go looking for a turbo that bolts on - possibly off someone who's ditching a Greddy kit for something bigger.
