Vtec woes

Vtec woes
Ok..91 crx B16 turbo
rywire obd1 covertion....p28 chipped with chrome....15psi
This just started happening....and i cant figure it out nobody can
In boost or without boost.....with my vtec press. and solinoid switch hooked up it will pull all the way till vtec kicks in...(and you can hear it) which is set at 6,000rpm but every ------- time at 7000 it hits like this rev limiter and wont go any higher......
I disconnect Vtec and it pulls strong to 8000.....me and my friend has put 2 diff solinoids and 2 diff press switches.....and also a whole new one on the engine....and still everytime at 7000 it does it
checked all the wires....good ....grounds good..... hooked hondata and laptop and the timing and fuel are perfect.....
we cant figure this ---- out......im thinkin of saying ---- it and running it w\o vtec Has anyone ever in thier entire life had this problem......its pissing me off to the point to going back to obd0

Ok well It was that, but tonight my tranny decided to blow up.....im talkin a quarter size hole where the Diff was.....
tranny fluid everywhere
------- sweet.... now I can find me a 92-95 shell and drag it out that obd1 convertion ---- is a totall headache anyways.....anyone got a shell they can ship me??

I bought a 92 hatch lastnight for 2200
has a d16z6 vtec
arias 11.1 comp pistons with thicker wrist pins...
cometic HG
eagle rods
acl bearings
block guard welded in
head has a stage 3 cam....forgot name
valves, springs, retainers....port polish
obx header...3in exhaust...big *** fart can thats too loud
the suspention is stock
The guy works at eagle as a cnc operator
he knows his ---- and says he just wants some of the money back for his motor
The civette you see on youtube is what he helped build....which is badass
the engine has about 100 miles on it so far....the body needs paint but no dents or scratches...primed ready to go
Running a chipped P28 \w chrome and lc1 wideband
to top it off it came with a nitrous express 150shot direct port sys
but its uninstalled.....
Im thinkin of selling it if anyones interested.........this will be my DD so I dont wanna tear it up
even tho the guy says its nitrous proof
I have no idea what kinda times a sohc with that work will put out,,,but it has hella torque at low rpms
