vtec sputtering?

vtec sputtering?
car is a 90 crx si with a obd-0 b16a tuned on bre with intake header exhaust...
1 thing i did notice when i was around vtec was the rpm's on the tach would jump around then would sputter going into vtec at 5500
when going into vetec i have good oil pressure but my a/f is way off... my wide band goes from 15.2 out of vtec to being 19.3 in vtec
any help would be great

usually when im in vtec im around 13.6 af didnt start going that lean till the sputtering started saterday... could it be a dizzy going bad,fuel pump or maby bad injector? any one ever had this problem

well with the weather being nice the past few days it got me pissed off enough to actually go ---- with the car... did a fuel pressure check and it tested at 39psi..... as i was doing that a fellow mechanic at my work helped me with it and came to a conclusion that it would have to be a ignition problem so i started taking the dizzy apart and put a new coil and ignitor in... but then i started getting no spark!!! so i went to unhook the tach wire ran for my alarm and remote start and the ------- wire just snaped with verry little effort so tomorrow i am going to re-pin the conector and hopefully that works.... i will keep every one posted on the progress im sick of not being able to drive my car... and want to get this damn turbo kit on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
