Vitaras w/ ls rods
I am currently building a d16y8 using 75mm vitaras with integra ls rods. What main & rod bearings should I be using?

and jago must have had seconds to bone, the only way to go is with Oldsmobile products. they are the best when it comes to bearings.

---- tards all 3 are wrong. go to the kia dealer ship and ask for hte bearings they put in there nascar engines. those last the longest and you dont have to put oil in the engine. saves you money and makes ur car faster. now go get em

These guys are all stupid. Teflon coated bearings for the 2006-07 suzuki grand vitara, for the rods will work. Drop right in. Not sure on the part number sorry.

if you aint gonna help shut the ---- up! just rub some tussin on and torque it to spec.

I always used two pieces of bologna as bearing halves. It's never let me down yet.
