"Valve cover studs"???????????????????????
I don't know what they are called, so I'll describe them: the studs that thread into the head then the valve cover slides on to them and nuts are screwed on them to hold the valve cover down.
Now my question/problem: I just figured that a6 and z6 studs would be the same when I pulled off the A6 head, it wasn't until I was about to bolt the valve cover on and "finish" the mini-me that I found out how wrong I was. Now I need some for a z6 before monday because the guy that sold my girlfriend this head didn't send these studs with. Anyway, is there any other head besides the Z6 that would have the proper studs?
