Vac manifold question

Anyone use a golden eagle vac manifold? I hooked mine up, and I think i mgiht have used a wrong vac source maybe? I used the line coming from the intake manifold to run to the vvac manifold. Im thinking maybe thats why Im reving to 5K? Where did some of you guy use for the vac source for your manifold?

Re: Vac manifold question

Hey paul, you can use a vac source from anywhere. As long as you don't have a leak, i dont recommend using the vac source that goes to the fuel pressure regulator, but other then that, its open game. You can use the brake booster or tee one of the other inlets on the manifold.
hope this helps bud

Probably a pretty big leak too if it's revving to 5k. It should be easy to find if it's that bad.
