URGENT injector question?
 

please keep this here as im trying to contact a member here, and im also asking a question about injectors. on the black surround where the injectors are inserted into the intake manifold, will them being cracked effect the way they are spraying? i had some shipped to me and i think i got screwed on the way he packaged them. three of the 4 are severely cracked, and plastic is missing that is inside the package. im very pissed at the time so would someone please tell me that these are still usable. if not me a the seller are gonna have a few words. oh btw they are dsm 450's bluetops.

yeah should i break the rest of the ---- off so it doesnt get into my cylinders. and would a mod confirm that ill be fine please?

I'm not a mod, but those pintle caps aren't a necessity, just rip em off.

Same thing happend with my TGP injectors. Won't harm anything. By the way, I'm gonna rip some fins off the intercooler before I send it. :6

ok i trust you for damn sure. since you have/are boosted. i dunno if i can meet you guys at the track im running into problems :-[ but i may be boosted by then depending if i can get a chip burner and fine tune the ride.

If its the pintle caps its no biggie. They are there for a reason though. I just replaced my old 240cc's with blue tops. My 240's were COVERED in carbon. Possible why my car again runs like ---- three days later and the first night ran great. I am going to seafoam this bitch with three bottles. Take that carbon!!

once i get the chance to turbo it, and get a base map going on it we will do that, but im not sure if i wanna drive it that far with a basemap. maybe you should come over here this time lol. well see, we will have to set something up TJ. i believe all i need is my wideband and guages and im gtg.

yea apparentyl the pintless don't matter....i bought a set of donnie (d15bastard) and they were cracked.....but everyone says they work just fine....i'll find out in another 2 weeks

pintle caps are just to protect the spray tip. ya man, get your ---- together and I will head up and tune you no problem
