Unplugging o2 sensor

Ok well I'm gonna be throwing my new o2 in today. Just wondering how you unplug the harness for the sensor? I remember not seeing any type of release button or anything. Do you just pry the fucker out? 8)

the sensor has a pig tail harness. the connector is near the block. Just follow the wire til u see a plug.
