Default Unable to retard timing

I can only advance my timing, I cannot retard my timing because the distributor wont move any further. (D16A6) If I needed to retard it more how would I do this? Has anyone had this problem? I forgot to add Im running a chipped ECU Turboedit.

Maybe you can broke or bore the distributor arms a little, so you can retard it more .

No, Im not familiar with ECU progamming or its functions at all. I know from reading on HMT that once I installed DSM injectors I couldnt use my virgin ECU, so I purchased a chipped ECU off of Xenocron. Being that he's about 15 min from me, when my setup is complete Im going to make an appt. for a street tune.
